To make this process easy, we offer a no-hassle 30-day return and exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
If the product you receive is not right for you, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The product must be in original condition with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
The product must not be damaged, used, or altered in any way.
Product-Specific Conditions
Paddles: Must be unused, with plastic wrap on the handle and no ball marks on the surface.
Shoes: Must be brand new and returned in the original box.
Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Bags & Accessories: Must be unused and returned in original packaging with labels.
KIBO reserves the right to reject any return if the product appears used, damaged, or if the original packaging is opened or missing.
Return Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be initiated within 24–48 working hours.
Refund timelines by payment method:
Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the bank details shared by you. It may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect.
Store Credits You may opt for a store credit refund, which has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you may raise a cancellation request via email or phone.
If the order has already been shipped, you can place a return request after delivery and the standard return policy will apply.
